iPhone 13 Pro Is the regular 16 worth it from a 13 pro?

Thinking Of going to a regular 16 from a 13 pro, would go pro model but can’t because of sensitivity to pro screens.
 
I’d say so if you play games on your phone, want a better camera, care about Apple Intelligence or want a lighter phone with potentially fun colours.
