I haven't found a classifieds section on here. Is there one someplace I haven't found. I'm searching to buy an older Mac.

Just curious as to which older Mac the OP is searching for?

Unless it's something rare, would agree with @Madonepro that sellers on Marketplace, CL, or similar sites might have it.

As far as the 250 post count goes, it's been 322 days since I've signed up here and only recently got over 200 posts. I'm sure OP can do better than that!

I've searched FB marketplace and CL but thought this would also be a good place.
I'm searching for one that will run the 32-bit Lightroom software. There are several years and models suggested in my first post https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...buy-used-2018-mbp-for-lightroom-v5-7.2476292/ .

I'll never reach 250 posts in my lifetime. I'm just your standard Mac user with no real knowledge or interest in discussing them.

Don't worry about it mate. It's not overly utilised, and is primarily US goods. Not being in the US, I stick to Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree.
You make an excellent point.

Initially, I had - well, rejoiced is too strong a verb to describe my feelings at the time, - but suffice to say I had been pretty pleased when I realised that I had qualified for marketplace access whenever that occurred, which was quite some time ago.

However, as you so rightly point out, as most of the site served - in practice - as a marketplace forum for sales within the US, naturally enough, as the majority of the forum membership leans heavily American, and that the marketplace simply reflects this - it dawned on me - as I do not dwell in, nor hail from, the US - that this was not a place that would be of much interest to me.

Based on the use of the American word "someplace" and the name "VaBeach" (Virginia Beach?) it's quite possible that the OP is from the US.
