Is there a database app for iPhone?

I have a palm and I'm considering moving to an iPhone. However I need an app that would work as a database, where I could personalise the fields and set it according to my needs, something like mobileDB for Palm.
Is there something like that for iPhone?

There is Handbase which is very good and has lots of downloadable databases already written.
