yes, i have a hybrid and there's a second or two of lag for tv so I can only assume it would make most games unplayable or highly frustrating

there's been discussion on this before i believe, just not sure where 🙂

Depending on the model of EyeTV it may have Game Mode which minimises the delay making games playable. For example the EyeTV 250 has this. Check out Elgatos website for details of which models support this.

The delay is still noticeable nonetheless.

its possible to have say xbox 360 connected to both eyetv & television right? so if you only needed to capture footage you could do that and play lag free on tv right...right?
