Is there a difference in the quality of music Amazon v Google?

I have Amazon Music for my wife's phone, I'm an apple guy. I was wondering if I loose anything by not using the Amazon music. I do purchase song on Amazon & Apple. I import my Amazon music into itunes an don't notice any difference. any ideas.
