My nightstand always has the iPad on it (for reading), and now my Watch. My iPhone is in another room in the house (office). I would need a charging station JUST for iPad and Watch. Did I've been looking, but I couldn't see one anywhere...

I looked at the Fuz dock as well and I think it looks great, but the concern I had with it was the way in which the Watch is attached to the dock. I don't know about your magnet charger, but I find that it is not strong enough to support the weight of the Apple Watch in this position.
I emailed Fuz and asked them if there were any problems in holding the watch in this position (but they have not responded to my email).
Most other docks I have seen have a slant on them which takes some of the weight of the watch or support the watch in some way. The Fuz dock does not seem to have any of that and seems to rely solely on the magnetic charger to hold the watch in place.

But they are still quite a long way from their funding goal so the project may not go ahead, however the project sponsor is very responsive to emails and has responded to my queries within 1 day.
Kickstarter also had this dock https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1672591724/unify-dock-for-apple-watch-and-iphone?ref=discovery but I opted for the NightStand as it would allow docking of an iPad (if I so choose).
I may still get the Fuz Dock, but at the moment I don't think the design is going to work. I would be interested to hear if your magnetic charger is able to support the weight of the watch in this position.
I think I'm going to settle on the chopping board.
It's a bit ugly, but it will work perfectly on my nightstand. I talked to the manufacturer on Etsy, and it will fit an iPad Mini for sure. Plus I feel good about supporting a small business (from Ohio).

Wow, that's not a bit ugly, it's very ugly! Each to their own, but I would hate to have that thing anywhere near my nightstand.

FÜZ replied to my email regarding the same issue and they confirmed that the WATCH was able to properly stay on the charger at that angle.

I just got the same email reply from Fuz as well.
I must admit I am still a bit sceptical as I know that the connection between my charging cable and my watch is not that strong. I am unable to lift my watch with just the cable.
Anyway, on the strength of their representation, I made a purchase, so hopefully what they state is true otherwise it's going back.
