Hello,

I have mac pro 2010 with 12 core and using quadro 4000 and I have also 680 gtx (evga 2GB flashed).
I have El capitan and latest CUDA drivers. For GPU I am using standard os drivers not the web drivers (I know it won't fix the issue). I tried also other 680 in the past and I was also getting glitches.

It looks like this

Basically here I can find over 600 posts about it

So it seems there is no solution for it except reversing to 10.8.5 (was issue free as people are saying).
Do you also have this issue? Or maybe you have a solution for it? :)

It's soo baad. I guess 10.8.5 is not the option so I wil lsell my mac pro and wtitch to win10 cos I need CUDA :(

My Mac Pro is from 2009 and I didn't have glitches like that with my 1080 Ti. I was on Sierra with web drivers.

I don't have that card anymore, but Resolve was working very well.

Hi, my firend told me that the problem is when u will reach the limit of GPU RAM. In you case was probably hard to reach the limit of 11 GB. With 3D CUDA rendering it happens also on 980 ti.

You can run Win 10 on your Mac Pro, you are not forced to sell it (even though it won't perform as good as a cheap but up to date PC).

Also, if you know it's about VRAM limit, then you can also get a higher VRAM card as work around. You don't even need Windows or a new computer.

May be it's not the best solution, but I really can't see why you need to go back to 10.8.5, or have to sell the cMP. You have quite a few choices.

If you're using Premiere with those drivers you need to delete the Metal module. Do a google search for 'Premiere Metal Nvidia glitches'
