Is there a free turn-by-turn GPS for iPhone4?

Title says it all. Looking for something to replace Google Navigation after my switch.

iOS 6 will have built in turn by turn navigation on iPhone 4s, and new iPad, and because the navigation will fully dependent on Siri function (hence iPhone 4 won't get it, since it lacks Integrated Audience Chip on A4 chip, which is required for Siri to cancel out 90% of noise), you can request a direction on Siri, and navigation will start immediately.

As of right now, it work with the iPhone4, just not the voice section. It does show you where you need to take turns and automatically updates to the next position (this is on my iPhone4) but there is no voice component to it, thus you have to read it yourself. It works, it is OK, not great.
