Is there a HDMI TO USB-C adapter? (Note: NOT looking for USB-C to HDMI)

I am thinking of getting the new LG UltraFine 5K monitor, which Apple introduced during the new 2016 MacBook Pro launch.

Problem is, this monitor only have USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 connection. I want to connect my console (XBOX, PS4) and Bluray players, but all of these only output HDMI.

No. You can't drive this LG 5K display without thunderbolt 3.
