Is there a left handed mode for safari?

This is just a minor complaint. I'm left handed. It would a lot easier if the refresh button and the button to see my open tabs was on the left side

Any way to make this happen?

You aren't gonna be able to change a stock app like Safari.

Easiest 'solution' would be using another browser (iCab, Atomic, Mercury, etc) that allows you to place buttons where you want.

I know that feeling. It'd be nice if they let you re-arrange icons, just like Share Sheet.

Yeah but you have easier access to the back button so it's swings and roundabouts.
