I could be mistaken, but I think Access is the program I'm thinking of.

Basically what I want to do is put all of my school's standards into a database so they can be accessed by drop down menus so the teachers can easily input them into their lesson plans.

It would be three or four levels (grade number, subject, standard/scope and sequence).

I'm not familiar with programing but I'm willing to try if it's necessary. Any advice?

Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot! This looks great, and they have a 30 day free trial. Better yet it's for Windows and Mac OS.

You might also want to take a look at NeoOffice for Mac. It does have a relational database, although I haven't spent much time with it...

Oh yeah... it's basically free, based on OpenOffice, but you can make a donation to their cause. OpenOffice is also free, which makes either of them worth getting to know before spending several hundred dollars you don't have to.
