Thanks, I have that, but was looking for a watch app for when I am without the phone or in the future when I ( hopefully ) get an LTE version of the watch.

It looks like this isn't presently possible on the Watch with Apple's current frameworks and third party apps. The closest we could probably come would be to have a local notification pop up on the hour, but you would need to click it or open the associated app for it to schedule the next hour. Not the greatest experience.
