That allows me to right click and do the spell check within my browser? I do it in safari, but it seems firefox 1.5 doesn't allow it.

Right, this is one of the reasons people like to gripe and call Firefox "not a Mac program".

There is a second-best option. Firefox 2 beta has inline spell checking. It uses its own spell checker with its own dictionary, not the OS X stuff. Of course, this is useless if you rely on other plugins that aren't compatible with the beta.

Also, Camino development versions use the same checker as Firefox 2.

Bummer. I thought it was a good time to go back to firefox. Guess I was mistaken. ;)
I'm going to try the beta though. I'm not using anything special that I won't miss.

The Firefox 2 beta 2 is more stable than the current production version and the spelling works well but it's true that some extensions don't work with it yet.

Does firefox 2.0 Beta 2 have different skins you can use rather than the default? I use the brushed skin to trick myself into thinking that I'm using Safari. :p

What skin is that? Nice and clean, reminds me of the Omni theme for Camino.
thats default firefox 2.0 theme, for nightly build newer than 20060911.
