Is there a problem if I enabled TRIM a few days after my clean install?

Yes. It will TRIM whatever you throw at it. Will just take a couple of seconds longer while "trimming". Actually you can force TRIM of the whole volume by starting in single-user mode and issuing the fsck command as instructed in the screen prompt.
