Is there a program like this?

I'm wondering if there is a program that will let you copy a group of text and then automatically type it into another at a delayed pace. Like you have a line of text that you want entered into one program. Let's see if this example helps out

The text is "MacRumors news and rumors you care about"
but you want it entered into another program automatically like the following
"MacRumors" Enter
"news" Enter
"and" Enter
"rumors" Enter
etc

Anyone know of anything like this? Thanks for the help.

Don't think it exists. You can get the block of text to format vertically using Excel's rows to columns function, other than that you're likely SOL.

Is it the "delayed pace" you want, or just the result?

A good text editor would allow you to replace those spaces with returns and you'd wind up with the text
like
this.
