i have a bunch of howard stern show rips that are too big for itunes match and am looking for a program that could automatically split the files so they would be itunes match compatible (200 mb or less).

Audacity

If you go into Audacity, you can use markers to mark off the times you want to split, and then go to File > Export Multiple > AIFF.

Amadeus

Same goes for Amadeus, mark off the splitting points and then Sound > Split According to Markers... then set file format and you're done!
