I see :) Also, on windows I can just right click on my desktop screen and click "make new note" or whatever.. Is there a note app for the mac that embeds this feature on the "right click list"? Doesnt have to be advanced, its just nice for a quick note that you can right click the desktop and hit "new note", just like you hit "new folder"

    where?

Where exactly in "mail-app" are the notes?
I don't see them. Could be old age, or something more serious, but I would like to find them.

Under the "Reminders" section in the left side toolbar. There is a section called "Notes".

I keep TextEdit and xPad ( http://getxpad.com/ ) on the dock for quick notes. My desktop is too covered up a lot of times to find a clear spot to Right Click.:D I use TextEdit for quick temporary notes and xPad for notes I want to keep longer and have instant access to without having to drill down in Finder to locate a file I may not remember the name of.
