Is there a standard time that the local stores update their inventory?

i have two SS watches ordered, both with 10/12-10/19 delivery dates.

I want to try and secure in store pickup tomorrow and am wondering if there is a standard time that local inventory goes live? Thanks!!
 
They might not update at all for a while depending on inventory, could just sell to walk ins. Did that with the MacBook Pro, nothing on the website though they had some in store.
