Is there a time capsule release date?

The Apple site just says "February" and the apple store I went to didn't have a date.

Sorry if I missed some obvious information on this but I was thinking about pre-ordering but not sure if it's worth it timing wise at this point.

A lot of Apple Retail Stores seem to be saying that Time Capsule will ship in the next two weeks, but online orders from the Apple Online Store say they'll be shipping February 29. Often products ship early, though.
