Is there a tweak for this?

There are some videos I try to view from my phone that come up with the result "The author of this video does not allow playback on iPhone." Is there a tweak to disable/get around this? If not, I think it'd be a cool tweak

No. Youtube gives video uploaders the option to disable viewing on mobile devices. Only way around it is, as Benji said, UA faker.
