Is there a tweak that can create a separate login/profile?

Something like Macs where you could login with a guest account?

There used to be, but I don't believe it functions under iOS 9. Can't recall the name of the tweak either.

I wonder how reliable it is as far as text messages still being retrieved on the device while logged in a guest things like that. Good stuff I'll check it out though.
