I was wondering if there is a water sensor like the one in the headphone jack in the USB hub port. I heard from someone there is one, but looked and dont see one. Is this true?
No. There is no water sensor in the iPhone. The iPhone has been opened up several times and nothing like that was found.
You're absolutely wrong in every sense of the word, but... okay?

You don't even need to open the thing.

I don't think so.
Why, did you drop the bottom half of you iPhone in water?
I always thought there was a moisture sensor in the dock-connecter.![]()
Little bit, iphone was sitting on counter and spilled a cup of water on the counter a couple of months ago, and wasnt sure if the water got in the USB port on the phone.
I think you fine.
Is your iPhone ok?
