That can integrate an mp3 downloaded on the iPhone itself say via Safari into iTunes without having to sync it via a PC. Like kinda when you download a song in the iTunes app on the phone it sync it into the library. Is there a Cydia app to do this?

Also instead of me making another thread and because im lazy lol, has anyone made an app to choose through your iphone songs to add as ringtones without having to make m4r files and 30 second clips yet?

    Thanks in advance :)

The closest you can get is to download and then play with iFile.

Yup, thats what I'm doing at the moment. Not been reading the forums much and was hoping things have progressed somewhat. Shame there is no other way.

    Thanks for responding ;)

iTunes databases are complex and easily corrupted. Apple uses checksums and keys to protect the database from changes. These change frequently and must be reverse-engineered each time. It's more trouble than its worth to try to implement.

Have you tired using dTunes? This wont integrate your mp3 into itunes but it helps manage/play songs that you have downloaded from your phone.

As to using your songs as ringtones from your phone, try ToneFXs. Its $5 bucks but you get to try it free for 5 days to see if you like it.

I have never tried dTunes but I did hear it does not play well with the safari download plugin I think?

ToneFX I actually tried last night but it would not let me pick mp3's just m4r pre made 30 second clips. I was hoping there was an app to choose full mp3's from my iPod library? Im guessing this is still a no go area.

Thanks for the relies thelatinist and navajarunner ;)

The problem is that it is that it depends on the Safari Download Plug-In, which conflicts with Safari Download Manager. In truth, though, it doesn't need Safari Download Plug-In; Download Manager works just fine. I've disabled it using Safari Download Toggle for SBSettings so that I can use both Safari Download Manager and dTunes.

I think AnyRing let's you do what you want for the ringtones, though I've never used it.
