Resolved Is there a way to add offline Music to Watch?

I just recently subscribed to Apple Music and it essentially replaced all the songs I previously had downloaded on my iPhone and (Series 4 LTE) Watch with the ones from their Cloud. The songs stream just fine but I don't have LTE activated on my Watch.

So is there a way to create a playlist and have the songs available for offline listening on the Watch?
