Is there a way to automatically convert video files?

I have a decent collection of 720p video files.

Currently, to load it on the ipad, I need to convert to the Apple TV setting using handbreak.

It would be a pain in the ass to do this individually to my all my files. I don't think handbreak has an option to select multiple files into the queue, and I'd rather not queue them one at a time either.

    Any solutions?

After many google searches and pain, I've found that Airvideo is the best way to convert ALL your videos to the correct MP4 format either on your iphone or ipad... try it. You can also queue a bunch of file and it will convert them for you.

AirVideo, you can select either on the fly conversion, or a hard conversion. A great program!

I find a good combination is some sort of remote desktop app and Airvideo :)

That way I can download videos during my lunchbreak at work using the remote desktop app and then when it's finished I can add them all to a conversion queue on AirVideo and when I'm home they're all their ready to watch.

Air Video is a great way to convert your files. I use it for my iPhone and iPad when I cannot convert them at home. You can either convert your files "on-the-fly" or schedule a conversion through the program. It is very handy and pretty awesome.

If you convert a file, it will "remove" the old file from your playlist so it doesn't show a duplicate.

The application is also one of those plus applications, so the same app works for iPhone and iPad.
