The problem is that the iTunes that was synced to my iPhone was installed in my laptop and my laptop's mother board got burned for some reasons, I gave it to the HP support and they replaced it and formated the C: drive, so now, I installed iTunes but when syncing my iPhone, it told me that it will erase all the things from my iPhone.

I clicked okay accidently and then clicked cancel. My all songs are removed but all other things are still there (because I clicked cancel before it could remove all of em).

The most important thing is the Notes, and they are really large I can't just write it down. I'll install the apps and games again and download songs again, but what about the important NOTES???

What should I do?

4.x firmware now backs up notes to Google, like it does with calendars. :D
It came in handy, when I restored as a new phone. In Google mail on the PC, I copied the notes to new emails, and copied them to new notes on my iPhone.

There are many notes apps in the app store that is much better than the pre-installed notes app. Some of them have syncing so you never loose your notes.

I'll give you one popular one. Evernote App.

Let me know if this is an easier route instead of trying to configure your notes app to google.

If you have MobileMe, they will sync, but MobileMe cost money.

Maybe soon MobileMe would be free, then this won't be an issue

But prefer you to get the Evernotes App, check it out. It does a little more. You can take a photo of somthing and write notes about it. It's great for visual notes and regular. And it all syncs to the cloud for you. Just have to make an account.

& it's free!

There are two ways you can use. Firstly, you can use iPhone data recovery. Secondly, you can use iCloud.
Apple’s iCloud provides a fast way to transfer notes from your iPhone to a Window PC. Here are detailed steps about how to transfer notes from your iPhone to computer.
1. Go to Settings > iCloud on iPhone, and then sign in the iCloud.
2. Turn “Notes” on and then iCloud will automatically upload them to the cloud service.
3. Install iCloud on your PC and enter the same Apple ID to enter it, and then you can get the notes on your computer.
Sounds like this was taken care of about 5 years ago already.
