Is there a way to block the app rating pop up?

It's getting really annoying lately. I keep getting messages to rate apps... Even on stuff I've already rated.

Those popups come from the app developers not from IOS.

It's pretty annoying and I've noticed that when they have a "don't ask me again" option it never actually works. This trend seems to have started because podcasters and youtube channels noticed that they'd get better results when they asked for ratings/subscriptions rather than letting it be the listener/viewer's own idea to do so.

You can help dissuade this behavior by dutifully giving one-star ratings to any app that uses a pop-up like this.

These are so pushy, you have had the app installed for about a minute and they have this pop up.

I found that even after leaving a review on that 8 ball pool app, they still ask for a rating (facepalms).
