Is there a way to convert a windows file?

Is there a program to convert a Windows .rez file so I can use it with my mac? The file is a Windows plug-in called Battlestar Galactica 1.3 for Escape Velocity Nova.

i reasonably cetain that it is a no?? files are generaly realted to a platform in particular ie .exe and .dmg
