Is there a way to create a dynamically sized Encrypted Disk Image?

I just want one that will change to whatever size as the files inside of it. I decided to move all of my sensitive data into a Encrypted Disk Image, and I just don't wanna waste space but still retain the ability to drop a big file in there and not worry about it.

What is the image format setting in Disk Utility, it also has the option os Sparse Disk and Sparse Bundle.

Also what partition map should I use?
I was using No partition before and just dumping my documents in there.
I don't wanna use full disk encryption because with SSDs it slows it down like crazy. I also hate login passwords since I'm always on, and never log out anyways.

Not possible. Disk images are a fixed size.

A sparse image is a type of disk image file that can be created under Mac OS X using Disk Utility. Encrypted sparse image files are used to secure a user's home directory by Mac OS X's FileVault feature.

Unlike a full image file (.dmg), which takes up as much actual space as the real disk it represents (regardless of the amount of unused space), a sparse image file (.sparseimage) takes up only as much actual disk space as the data contained within.
