When I disable it, it pops up on my watch asking me if I want to disable the alarm.

Thanks for the answer.

It doesn't pop on my watch.
Do you disable sleep mode from the watch or from the iPhone? I disable it from the watch.

Same. If I wake up before my alarm goes off the watch will notify me if I would like to disable the alarm for today. Also I should note that I do not wear the watch when I sleep.

Hi, still trying to solve this.
to clarify, you sleep without watch, in the morning, if you wake up earlier than the alarm time, you get up, put the watch on.
Does it ask to disable the alarm when you switch off the sleep mode or when it detects that you are moving, or when you use the phone?

I tried to let the system switch on sleep mode, as scheduled, since I used to switch it on manually. Still, this morning, woke up earlier, rotated the crown to access the control center on the watch, disabled sleep mode.
half an hour later the alarm rings...

I'm attaching screenshots of my sleep settings, maybe you guys have set something different? I don't know what else to look for.
Everything else works as expected, even handoff!

On the do not disturb settings you can set it to dim the Lock Screen. That adds a button with the alarm time on it, and if you tap it when getting up there's a skip alarm option.

I've never got the correct pop up on the watch as I don't wear the watch when sleeping.

hi, the dim Lock Screen setting only appears if you set a scheduled Do Not Disturb.

I don't have a scheduled Do Not Disturb, I only set up the Sleep mode, which also dims the Lock Screen on the phone and activates do not disturb.

Is your alarm a normal one or does it belong to a Sleep Schedule?

My mistake, you should get the same screen with the bell icon without DND in settings as well, just tried it and although the sleep well message was gone, the rest of the screen still worked. My alarm is set up in the health app.

Does any of you guys use a third party sleep tracker Or do you track with iOS built-in sleep tracking?

I had that same situation happened to me today. I assumed it was because I’m on iOS 18.2 Beta and it’s some kind of bugbecause usually when I turn off sleep mode, I don’t get an alarm but today I turned off sleep mode and I did get an alarm. Seems like this would happen to you for a long time…
