I'm running 3.1.3 on my 3g.

I have a buncha apps i use installed from Cydia and Installaus and Appstore

some free, some bought.

I know if i restore my phone it will erase everything.

The computer I last synced it to the hard drive died and that was about 6 months ago. I have no other backups cuz I lost all the data on that drive.

Since then thre has been a lot of updates to my phone. I use apps like mooch which has all my laons and owes in there i dont want to lose. notes, SMS's contacts etc.. i want it all saved.

I dont have a backup to restore after I upgrade to 4.2.

Is there a way using like ifunbox or an app that will let me copy all data straight off and when I finish updating i can just copy all the data back on and have it still there???

Or am I just totall screwed if I update?

creating an itunes backup would only restore appstore apps anyway.....

Thanks in advance for any help.
