Is there a way to download Final Cut Pro on macOSMonterey?

I have a 2013 Mac Pro, operating on macOS Monterey, and the App Store is not allowing me to download the last compatible version of Final Cut Pro! Even though I can download the last compatible version of other apps (e., Logic Pro!).

Buy "not allowed", do you mean it does not appear in the App Store or do you mean it is there but there is no "Download" button on the app page? Is there an error message of some kind? More info, please!
