Is there an easy way to find out what's waking my 2020 MBP 13" from sleep? It is intermittent and doesn't always happen.

My laptop sits on a stand with the lid open; I do not use clamshell mode.

I have 2 Dell 2720Q Monitors (both connected by USB-C - USB-C), one of which is charging the laptop.

Connected to the monitors are my Webcam (USB), Jabra Headset (USB), and Speakers (3.5mm).

My keyboard and mouse are paired to the MBP over BT; however, I shut both of those down when I put the computer to sleep.

You can run “pmset -g assertions” from the terminal. Check the output, anything with a value of “1” is currently preventing sleep.

Idle sleep preventers: IODisplayWrangler

So looks like I'm getting an EC.RTC (Alarm) every 2 hours overnight.

1. I'm going to exit Spotify before sleep
2. I already close Parallels when it is not in use so that's not the issue
3. I've enabled DND while the Mac is sleeping

I can't see WebEx actually keeping the machine awake.

Woke up to a sleeping laptop today with a 100% battery (I do keep it plugged in) and a much smaller log of wake events. Still got the RTC alarm every 2 hours though which I read may be maintenance related.

I'm wondering if it is related to the Power Nap being enabled. I will try disabling this tonight.
