I use a Transcend Jetdrive lite SD card to double my hard drive space and noticed that the computer's battery only lasts up to a day or two in Standby mode now (used to be a few weeks).

I installed the Jetdrive toolbox, which unmount and remount the card when I put the computer in sleep mode, but I don't think the computer ever goes into hibernation mode.

The card is really hard to take out, so I was wondering if there was a way to force the Macbook to hibernate with the card in it?

Thanks,

What would I type to put it back to how it is now?

According to the manual page, the default value is 3. It also has a warning:

We do not recommend modifying hibernation settings. Any changes you make are not supported. If you choose to do so anyway, we recommend using one of these three settings. For your sake and mine, please don't use anything other 0, 3, or 25.
