Is there a way to get money back from the Cydia store?

I recently purchased Auto Silent from the cydia store. It turns out this app is a complete dud on ios4 and the developer is no where to be seen. Is there a way I can get my money back from the Cydia store?

Request a refund from iTunes. I have received a couple of refunds on crappy apps.

I know it's not ebay, but perhaps you have some buyer protection? If they don't get a response from contacting him, they'll refund you and chase him.
