Depends on camera, but in most cases; Yes.

It might work with a direct cable connection depending on the camera, if not you can get a card reader and transfer your files that way.

Since your camera has a USB port just get a USB to Lightning cable and you will be good to go. I do this with both my Canon and Pentax.

I also have a SD card cable that works well, too.
