I didnt find apps, how Can i do?

I am afraid you are out of luck. Screen is too small anyway.

It would be pointless even opening it up on a Apple Watch because it would be to small for doing it

If it's something you REALLY want on there, convert it to jpg (free website to do it here: https://www.freepdfconvert.com/pdf-image), copy it into your photos and flag it as a favourite so it gets synced with photos on the Apple Watch.
