Is there a way to remotely reboot a mac into target disk mode?

Target iMac video card no longer working. Unable to connect to second monitor.
Also will not take input from the keyboard.
Currently the iMac is still on and working. I know this for two reasons.

It is still playing Spotify & I am able to view the file system from my MacBook.

Is there a command I can send from my MacBook to the iMac, via SSH that will boot the iMac into target disk mode?
