Is there a way to revert to iOS 5?

I have reasons to hold on to iOS 5 (map issue, "old" hardware with i4).

In case I do upgrade to iOS 6 and regret it, is there a way to go back to iOS 5?

unlocked is not the same as jailbroken.

In order to downgrade you need to have your SHSH blobs files saved I believe... It's been a while since I did a jailbreak so I'm not really sure. Look for redsn0w and TinyUmbrella.

Yes. But you will need SHSH blobs. iFaith can help you with getting them from your device. 🙂
