Is there a way to see 'sent' or 'deleted' text messages

I tried searching 'sent texts' and 'sent message' but I see nothing on how to find a text that was sent or deletedfor my iphone 4

Is there a 'sent' or 'deleted' Box for these ?

It's all in the history of the text, as far as I know, no specific way to see it. If you delete the text, you'll need to get them from back up (if you made one)

Sent texts are in the conversation history, deleted texts are deleted.
