Is there some sort of jailbreak tweak that makes an app think you're connecting as another phone?
For example, you know how you get 1 question on that KGB app? Then you pay. Is there any extension that can make the app think youre connecting from a different IP/Phone?

That would depend on the app/Website you are visiting and how are they registering your vitis, it could be a cookie, your IEMI, your phone number, your login, etc, etc, Yes there are multiple app to change/Spoof some of those.
