Is there an app that can upload a photo form my photo album and create a link for it as I'm looking at the photos through my album on the phone?

Twitter tweets the image tho, I don't need all that. I just want to be able to take a pic and then upload it straight from the phone to get a link on the internet.

I tried lockers but lockers doesn't give you a link to the pic.
