Is there an app that combines everything social?

I've just been using Tweezr and I was just wondering - is there an app that combines Facebook, Twitter, the iPhone contact list, e-mail and (maybe) texts? So then with each contact there is your recent interactions with them across all of the networks, etc?

I use Boxcar for notifications and that works great. Email, twitter and facebook.

I meant more like a contact list? Like HTC Sense or Windows Phone 7 style sort of thing?
