Is there an app that will (or way to) start a download on a remote computer?

I've got an HTPC at home and a megaupload account. I want to be able to start a download at home, from school. I would like to avoid using logmein or a similar sharing-screen tool to use my home computer because it is slow and tedious.

Ideally I would like a web interface where I paste the URLs I want, and my browser of choice downloads them all in a queue.

Any suggestions?
