On my laptop I can connect to my corporate network via a VPN then open up windows explorer/mount a directory in Finder and view files and directories on my corporate network.

I know I can connect to my vpn via my iPhone but is there an app to browse files and folders on the network?

    Thanks

Unless your environment supports citrix in some fashion, I don't know of any solutions that support connecting to servers at all.

I'm surprised this has not been developed or made possible by Apple

Probably because of Windows domain authentication being in conflict with the file system structure on the iPhone being hidden and probably very different..

    That's just a guess.

I use One Disk which supports WebDav folders and find it works very well.
