Is there an app to find other Mac users around you?

    It's somewhat limited but WiChat does this via Bonjour - if you're on a wifi network with users that are on iChat, they'll all show up on your list automagically. I do have it an it works as expected.

    Sure... maybe he stocks shelves in an Apple store and wants to talk to other stockers...

    The company is called MacZoom, and the service is designed to help Mac users find other Mac users in their area. You can search by state, country, city, and user level (Any, Beginner User, Confirmed User, Power User), and up to 28 different levels of "status," which is similar to occupation.
