Is there an app to let me use Mac-like keyboard things (command vs control) on Window

On Windows it really messes me up when I have to press control instead of command, as on Windows where the command key is on a Mac, it's actually the Windows key. >_>

Is there an app that lets me change the command key to act as control when in Windows? (Bootcamp.)
