Hello!
I am looking for an app that can reduce the CPU voltage of the 2018 MacBook Pro on the fly to limit battery drain on those days I need an extended battery life?
Let me know!

No app, that I know off including Volta, can reduce CPU voltage in 2016-2018 MacBook Pros. Volta, which I personally use, limits the thermal profile of the CPU, which is a slightly different beast than undervolting. It is great in extending battery life and keeping the MacBook cool. When I limit, for instance, to 5W, I don't ever see my overall temperatures increase more than 48 C even when I'm doing heavier things.

It would be great if we can undervolt, but I think Apple locked that down and made it much harder to do so.

We can't move the Undervolt settings at all in the 2016-2018 MacBooks, but Power limits and Turbo boost settings work great.

Interesting. What effect on battery life have you experienced with the other settings then?

I've noticed an increase in battery life, nothing dramatic like 2x battery life. But for light usage with minimal fussing, I can probably easily see 10 hours+ as opposed to like 7-8 hours. I like my screens bright too so I never expect super high battery life anymore. Most of the stuff I do, won't really push my CPU up too much, only occasional bursts. So, if I limit it to 5W, it would be the same performance/slightly better than the current batch of MacBooks in a bigger screen while still surfing the web, writing documents, and Netflix perfectly fine on safari.

It's also cooler temperatures too.

Changing wattage limits is not the same as undervolting (and if I understood correctly, the question is about the later).
I know its not, and but reducing the wattage can be used to help with what the OP wanted.
