Is there an audio/video cable to watch video on standard TV?

Is there an audio/video cable to watch video(Netflix,movies, YouTube) on standard TV? Does the one they sell at the Apple Store do this? Is there a cheaper generic?

What is "standard TV". Apple sells component, composite, and VGA out cables.
