Is there an automatic synchronize button somewhere in office 2011?

    I am using office 2011 for AOL mail. Every time I open it and it downloads my e-mail messages, I have to right click on inbox then click synchronize for it to mark my read items as read if I have already viewed them on my phone.

    I have checked peferences multiple times, but I want to make sure I am not missing something here. Office 2011 is nice, but seems to have a lot of bugs :eek:.

    I'm sorry, can't really help you, because, well. . . AOL? I couldn't make it past those three letters. Does it still exist?
